How to Get Rid of Sweat Stains

Whether you’re a fitness fanatic or just tend to sweat a lot, armpit stains are a part of life. Sweat stains are caused by the salt in your perspiration, what you eat, and even what deodorant you use.

Underarm stains, especially those that tend to turn yellow are some of the toughest to remove. Luckily, if you act fast and use the right products and process, you can easily save items in your wardrobe with pesky pit stains.

What You’ll Need:

How to Remove Sweat Stains

Step 1: Cover the stain with our Active Wear Detergent and let sit for 30 minutes.

Step 2: Put the stained item in a bowl of warm water (with no extra detergent), and soak for 1 hour.

Step 3: With no additional laundry detergent, run the item through a rinse cycle in your washing machine using warm water.

Pro-Tip: If part of the stain is still present after rinsing, repeat these steps! DON’T put the item in the dryer. The intense heat will only set the stain and make it much harder to get out.

Who knew? The same refresh our Active Wear Detergent can give workout gear can also get rid of even the peskiest stains.
