Shipping

Please allow up to 2-3 business days for order fulfillment. The current turnaround is approximately 24 hours days. Your order will then be shipped out either USPS or FEDEx, which takes another 3-7 days to reach your home.

Your order will come in either a plastic baggie or re-usable cloth bag. It is our hope that you will re-use or recycle the Rockin’ Green packaging to reduce the environmental impact. Packing peanuts may be used to protect your product during shipment and are made of starch, so they will dissolve in water or decompose in a compost bin.

Refunds

I take great pride in producing a quality product for my customers. I only send out products that I would use on my own families items, so I have very high expectations. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me and give me the opportunity to make it right. Satisfied customers are my #1 priority. Because of the consumable nature of my product, I am unable to provide refunds or exchanges unless the products were grossly misrepresented.
